What you'll do

Bali has many travel options that are not to be missed. Starting from cultural tourism, historical tourism, beach tourism, nature tourism, we can enjoy everything here. Here we select 5 attractions in Bali that can be an option for an unforgettable travel experience.

Your itinerary

1. Monkey Forest Ubud
Monkey Forest Ubud allows us to meet and interact with the native long-tailed monkeys of Ubud. This protected forest is home to approximately 600 monkeys. Here, we can stroll along forest pathways while observing monkeys roaming around or swinging from trees. Beware of mischievous monkeys that may attempt to snatch belongings, so it's important to secure your belongings. Visitors are also advised not to feed or touch the monkeys for safety reasons. We can also admire various Balinese sculptures and carvings at this tourist site. There are three temples we can visit here: Pura Beji, Pura Dalem, and Pura Prajapati.

2. Waterbom Bali
Waterbom Bali offers a different water play experience compared to other water parks. With world-class water rides, it guarantees endless fun! For adrenaline junkies, the must-try attractions include Boomerang, a steep slide that sends you plunging downward rapidly; Climax, a thrilling vertical drop that even the bravest scream about; and Smashdown 2.0, launching you down from a height of 26 meters at high speed. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, there are plenty of other family-friendly attractions to enjoy.

3. Pasar Seni Ubud
At the Pasar Seni Ubud, we can browse through a variety of unique Balinese souvenirs sold by many stalls. Here, we can find all kinds of souvenirs such as jewelry, bags, clothing, accessories, Balinese fabrics, home decorations, and more, perfect as gifts to take home. The prices are reasonable with good quality items, and bargaining with the vendors is customary to get the best price. After shopping at this market, be prepared to expand your suitcase before heading back.

4. Bali Safari & Marine Park
In Bali, we can also explore wildlife at the Bali Safari & Marine Park. This park is home to over 100 species from Indonesia, India, Africa, and other countries, including rare species like orangutans and Komodo dragons. To explore this wildlife destination, various packages are available. One of the highlight packages is the Jungle Hopper, where visitors can tour the zoo by safari jeep. Besides the zoo, Bali Safari & Marine Park also offers a water park zone for families.

5. Pura Tirta Empul
Pura Tirta Empul is Bali's main and oldest temple, dating back to 960 AD. The holy spring within this temple is considered sacred by Hindus who come here for worship and cleansing rituals. Many non-Hindu visitors, both local and international, also participate in the purification rituals in the sacred pool for spiritual and physical cleansing. We can witness local residents performing cleansing ceremonies at the temple and experience an authentic Balinese spiritual experience firsthand.
